The Daily Work Screen


Appointments are tracked on the left-hand side of the Daily Work Screen. Simply double-click on any line and the options appear on a pop-up menu. Select from free-form, customer, owner, prospect or contact and Auto Sales Wizard automatically brings up an appropriate search menu for selection.

Follow-Up Reminders are generated when you record the Customer Record and mark it for appropriate follow-up action. They appear at the lower, right-hand corner of the Daily Work Screen. Notice that Prospect Info displays in the upper, right-hand window when a follow-up reminder is selected by a mouse left-click. This action gives you all the information you need to contact the person. If no personal contact can be made, Auto Sales Wizard can automatically generate a form letter appropriate for prospect follow-up after 21 days have elapsed.



Of course, you can customize the letter to your hearts content, or simply print the letter and sign it. Auto Sales Wizard makes customer, owner, prospect follow-up as easy as the click of the mouse.
